H. Douglas Knust has spent more than 40 years mentoring young men as a teacher, coach, and leader.
He founded a middle school boys service club in 2001, where “Man Stuff” became a core part of weekly meetings—focused on life lessons, character, and responsibility.
His work is grounded in real experience and a deep belief that young men need strong role models, clear expectations, and meaningful conversations.
